Whether you need a modified version of an existing model or a completely new design produced from your drawings, we have the moulds, machinery, and craftsmanship to deliver.

Share Your Requirements

Send us drawings, dimensions, finish preferences, and target quantity. A photo or rough sketch is a good starting point.

Engineering & Quotation

Our team reviews feasibility, prepares a DFM assessment, and sends a detailed quotation including tooling cost if new moulds are needed.

Sample Production

We produce pre-production samples for your approval. Refinements are made until you are fully satisfied before mass production begins.

Mass Production & Delivery

Confirmed samples locked in – production proceeds with full QC inspection and shipment coordination handled by our team.

What Can Be Customised?

Almost everything. Here are the most common customisation areas

Height & Dimensions

Standard height is 720 mm (dining). Bar height (1050 mm), counter height (900 mm), and custom sizes available.

Base Plate Shape & Size

Round, square, rectangular, cross, petal patterns – in diameters from 350 mm to 700 mm or larger on request.

Column Style

Round pipe, square tube, combination column, vase column, or custom-shaped columns. Rivet and welded options available.

Surface Finish

Antique bronze, antique silver, matt black, gloss black, hammered texture, chrome, powder coat in any RAL colour.

Material

Cast iron, mild steel, stainless steel (304 / 201), composite clad, or combinations – matched to your load requirements.

Branding & Packaging

Private label engraving, branded carton printing, custom foam inserts, and retail-ready packaging options available.

MOQ & Lead Times

Flexible to suit both boutique projects and large-scale procurement

Standard Models

MOQ as low as 20 pcs per model for items already in our catalogue. Stock available for selected models.

Modified Models

Minor modifications (finish, size) start from 50 pcs. Lead time typically 20–30 days after sample approval.

New Tooling / Full Custom

Requires new mould investment. MOQ from 100 pcs. Mould lead time 15–25 days; production 30–45 days.

Expedited Orders

Rush production available at a surcharge for urgent projects. Discuss your timeline and we'll advise on feasibility.
